I want to be of help to some nice guys who want to come to the US to learn English. If I get three guys I will rent a three or four bedroom apartment in NYC Manhattan.
I will try to find an affordable place as near to 34th street and Broadway as I can get. You would pay $25,000 for room and board and help from an American. I will cook 40% of your meals for you and provide the ingredients for you to cook the rest of your meals with. It will be American style food with a slightly healthy way to it. Most people say I cook well. If you are going to come you need to pay for the year up front. the small church which I started many years ago is doing this as an Non Governmental Organization.) Your name will be placed on the apartment's lease for the year you are here. You will sign an agreement to abide by our rules about no drinking, no smoking, no drugs, and no bringing girls to your room for sex, etcetera.

You must make sure this is for you before you come. I am not a teacher. You will need to be in an English school. Many of them are located on 34th so that is the area we will get our apartment in. I have known a few foreign students who came here to study. They usually lived in flushing queens. There are many Chinese persons living there. They rent rooms in their apartments. Usually about $600 or $700 dollars a month. Apartments near 34th street are very expensive but there are some that are not too expensive still it costs more to go there than it does to live in queens, flushing. We will find an apartment near 34th street either a two bedroom if we have two students or a three bedroom if we have three students. You will have your own room. However I will also live there. So, there will be either three or four guys in a two bedroom or four or five guys in a three bedroom. I will sleep in the living room or a den. Or maybe we will find a three or four bedroom at a lower price. Right now the prices are down a little bit here.

Anyway you will need to pay up front. We probably will have to pay the landlord the full rent for the whole year to get the apartment. Since there are foreign students involved that is probably what the landlords will require. If you came here and rented a place with other students you would probably pay about $1500 a month each just for the rent. I am offering for about $2,080 us dollars a place to live near the school (your school must be in Manhattan and near 34th street for this to work well for you) plus home cooked meals ( American style) and help with your conversational English and a good American friend. I have helped some foreign students in the past and am thinking that if I can find the right two or three guys I can do this and help them. the money you and the other students pay will be used to pay the years rent and then be put in a bank adccount for the church. We will use it to buy the food and pay the electric bill etcetera. If there is any extra at the end of the year it will belong to the Church. No refunds. If you for any reason need to leave before the year is up we can not give a fefund unless you find us a student to take your place. Obviously we all need to agree and be bound by it for this to work.

However, there is no reason why you should have to leave. We can all do this together as freinds for one year and hopefully be freinds for the rest of our lives. We will try to have students from different countries and cultures. Then you will not be able to speak your native language in the house just English. If you really want to learn English this is a good way to do it. It will be an adventure for you.

About me: I am 50 years old. I am a not so successful actor and performer. I have had my own TV shows for many years on a cable channel and on over the air TV stations. I have not made a lot of money doing it. I made one short 'film' when I was 14. Now I am 50 plus and hope to find something worthwhile to do. One worthwhile thing would be to help a few young men who want to learn English. I hope I can also share with them something about the Western way of thinking. If you want to smoke, drink alcohol, have wild parties where you do drugs and have sex then this is not for you.

I am looking for a few good guys who really want to study hard for a year and learn English well. You will have your own room; you will not be allowed to bring girls there to have sex. If you are able to put all that sort of activity off for a year and concentrate on your studies then this might be for you.

More about me: I am a guy who makes people laugh for a living. I'm 50. I am a virgin. I have never had sex with a guy or a girl. If i can find two or three guys who are virgins to help I would like that very much. I am not gay. I am a touchy sort of guy. If you are sad because you are homesick, or as discouraged because you think you are studying hard but not doing well and you come to me privately and tell me about it then I will feel compassionately towards you and want to say lean your head on my shoulder and cry or to take some comfort from me. I am going to want to pat you on the back and gently try to make you feel better and be a buddy to you. Some guys like that sort of thing and appreciate it. Others hate it. If you hate that then this is definitely not for you. I want that every guy staying with me feels comfortable about being close to another guy. Not gay just close and if being close comforts you then I am doing what I hope to do for someone and help them get along in life. If you get excited a little bit from being close to another person that does not bother me. I like to share a place with virgins because then they won't have STD's. I am not homophobic so if you are gay I won't mind. Yet if you are gay or think you are gay then you may be having some real issues that you need a friend who won’t try to make you feel bad to help you figure out if you are gay or not. We can talk and I can help you.

I can give you a third point of view on the subject that is not usually considered by persons dealing with that issue. It may help you find a middle ground you will be more comfortable with than the ones you have thought of. If you are as opened minded as you think you are then maybe some new thoughts can help you figure life out better. I want to make a positive impact on your life. I hope you are a rich person who wants to do well in life and help improve the future of your country and the world. I will spend time with you to try and help you figure out if you really are gay or if this is just a phase of life you are going through. If you are gay I will accept you and love you and try my best to help you cope with that. If you are not gay I will be delighted. Why should only gay guys be able to be close friends to other guys and show kindness to others.

That is basically what I want to be and have a place where we can help each other and be kind to one another and not be fearful of the other person's motivations. If you are interested and let me and ask me to do it I will teach you about sex in a way that will make you a great husband to your wife some day. I am a virgin and never done sex but I can explain to you how to do it better than most guys who have done it. Mainly because I will help you to take a sincere look at your self and see your self honestly and learn to relate to the world in a better way than you currently do. If you can afford this then you are probably sort of rich and maybe you are a little bit conceited. thinking too well of your self. That can be a common thing in some guys. I can help you to grow up and become mature without becoming mean.

Well, I have said a lot here. Hopefully there are some guys who need what I offer here in your country and maybe it is you. I am being as honest as I can because if you do this you must pay up front ( before you come ) and once you pay and we rent the apartment then we all must work together and co operate and be happy doing it. If I do not find guys who want to do this then I will not be upset. I am doing this as a trial to see if our church can open a school of evangelism for foreign students in the US. Most college age guys are coming to grips with their own sexual identity. Many of them are coping with their strong desire to have sex on their own. If you need help dealing with that I can help. We can talk. Most guys have to deal with it by them self and I wonder how often it creates problems for them emotionally. If you do what most guys do with your self when you are alone maybe if you had an older guy you can honestly talk to about it maybe you can learn to make better use of your time and come to understand your body and how it works and why. In the past I have through talking helped some guys be more comfortable with who they are and what they do and why. That makes me feel worthwhile and I enjoy feeling that way. Even more about me: I am also a very sincerely Born Again Spirit Filled Christian. I believe the Bible and that Jesus is the Savior of the world. I believe each person has to decide about Jesus and their religious belief for them self. I will spend some time with you explaining the Bible to you as I understand it and hope you can learn what I believe so you can have a chance to consider it.

I will not force you to believe it as I do because I believe each person must decide to do that for them self. I really will try hard to help you to understand it so you can decide if you want it or not. A few times I will ask you to come to a Christian service with me and I hope you do. Amongst persons who call them self ‘Christians’ in the West there are different ways that they various Christian religious groups see the Bible and Christianity. I am more old fashioned. I believe the Bible Is literally true about things like a person needing to be saved by believing in Jesus as their Savior. and I believe any person can be saved.

There are many persons in America who call them self Christians but if you asked them to explain the Gospel of Jesus Christ and what is it they could not do it because they do not really know what the gospel is. Then many persons who are true Christian believers would be very upset about gays and very much homophobic. I realize Jesus wants to reach every person with the Gospel. I also realize there is more to it than just believing in Jesus and accepting him as Savior.

I also realize that person who are dealing with sexual issues like are they gay. And tender hearted kind Guys who are over 18 and virgins can sometimes worry about them self 'if they are gay.' that is a dilemma for them that they need a good friend to help them figure out. I know Jesus loves them as much as he loves everyone. He wants to reach them with the Love of the Gospel and with his truth. So, they need some one to help them feel good about them self and see things more clearly than they probably can see them now. I hope that I can serve Jesus and you by helping you to have a good life.

Don't worry or be afraid. I will teach you about America, as I know it. I will teach you about capitalism, and tell you about the history of the west from the pint of view of those who truly love God and are called according to God's purpose. I will we will discuss politics and have debates with you. Do not be worried if we disagree. You do not have to agree with me for me to like you. IN fact it is better when I meet persons who disagree with me and we talk then I can learn new things and so can they. I will hold all these conversations with you more so you must speak English about complicated things than for the sake of the discussions.

I can, if you want to and are willing to pay, show you around the USA in my car. I can let you have a great American friend who makes you feel he loves you and if you want me to I can introduce you to GOD as a personal friend so that you can know him as a friend that likes you and loves you and cares for you and has a great future for you. I can try to teach you how to be a good leader if that is what you want to be. I can show you how to be a great husband and father and a happy human being if you let me do it. Or I can just be a good host for you while you visit the US. If you really want to learn English you need to immerse yourself in English. Live with English speaking persons and be in a situation where you must speak English to get along. Then you will be forced by the situation to speak English and you will get good at it faster. This is what we think and this is what will happen.

You should know english and be able to speak it some. MOst guys inthe workd know some English becasue of the Internet. And many learn english as a foreign language. The problem is that most persons who learn English as a high schoolstudent when they go to a palce where english is spoken they canlt really understand it and need help to go from knowing English technicaly and in writing to beiong abke to sopeak it When you learn a languge you learn words but most people speak most languages in sentances and phrases and they sound different in person than they do in books or on tapes etcetera. But I can help you with this.
